We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, email shaojc212@163.com before mailing the item. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items mailed without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are nonrefundable.
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
